I believe most people have agreed that it is beneficial for the human race to have an open mind. For millions of years, humans have evolved so drastically, mostly in the last 30 years.

We can see clearly how people with an open mind can excel in their life faster. They embrace new information, new knowledge, technology, and challenges. Yet, having an open mind doesn’t guarantee that it will bring the thing we want the most, peace and happiness.

It might seem even harder to experiencing a state of feeling peaceful and happy in this most challenging time. Yes, because Corona has changed the face of our world. Million of people have lost their jobs and businesses.

It shakes us to the very core of our existence. Why are we here in this world? What are we doing? and what is the purpose of life?

In this article, I want to share how having an Open Heart will benefit you and the people around you.

For the last 13 years, I was practicing the Open Heart Meditation. You might think, so what?

First of all, what is an Open Heart, and how to have one?

In general, people have no exact definition of it, perhaps because we are talking about the non-physical thing. Spiritual Heart, located in the center of our chest.

Open Heart™ is a natural method that helps you open your Spiritual Heart to the True Source. As True Source Love flows into your Heart, you can feel peace, joy, and gratitude naturally. The more you let this happen, the stronger your heart will be, and the more you will be able to let True Source Love help and guide you in every moment of your life, every relationship you have, every decision you need to take, and every challenge you are going through.

Look at the definition of Open Heart from Natural Way of Living, the most trusted organization to talk about Open Heart. They have been teaching Open Heart Meditation for more than 20 years.

But maybe you said, hmm, reading the definition is so far from experiencing it in reality. Yet, to master something, we have to invest a lot of time and also money.

Yes, I agree with you. But what I want to emphasize is, in short, it is worth your time, money, and energy. It’s worth it.

So, to experience the Open Heart, you need to practice the Open Heart Meditation. Nowadays, there are so many free resources available. However, in the workshop, you will be guided to exercise the method and start to taste from within the feeling of calmness, happiness, and gratitude.

Irmansyah Effendi, the founder of Open Heart Meditation and Natural Way of Living, is a very humble man with a brilliant mind and a beautiful heart. We like to call him our Guru, yes, a Spiritual Guru. I feel he deserves this title. He has helped thousands of people seeing and choosing a brighter path in life. Thanks to his teaching and patients, nowadays, thousands of people are benefiting from this natural method that is long forgotten.

But how to know that our Spiritual Heart is Open and what are the indicators?

It is clear how implementing this method can help us face challenges in life and also living a better and happier life.

Having an Open Heart doesn’t mean that your life will be instantly perfect and fix all your problems at once. Instead, it changes you internally, heals you, and guides you.

Having an Open Heart helps you pay more attention to the voice of your own Spiritual Heart. It strengthens your belief and your relations with the True Source, The Divine Source. For many people, they refer to True Source as God.

The most beautiful thing here is that it is a Universal Method despite your religion/belief, even if you are an atheist, just feel free to try. For me having an open heart is like having the compass that continuously guides you in navigating life. We all need a GPS, right? 🌏

Okay, it might all sound so beautiful, but can I give you a real-life example?

Recently, I feel the voice from within asked me to stop using social media. I might ignore or follow this indicator. However, I decided to follow.

And yes, another prove just came to life. Day by day, I can spend time on more worthwhile tasks and useful things. Despite that I learn a lot about new stuff (mostly coding & programming), my mind still feels so light, and I feel happier.

Another most visible indicators are I became more tolerant and sensitive than before, in the right way 😀.

I always know that I’m a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP). You can tell me a sad story, and it will change my feeling almost instantly. Of course, there’s a good and bad with being an HSP.

But sometimes, the most challenging thing is we like to feel that we are the victim in life. It was just so easy to be sad, and it was harder to feel good.

Now, instead of blaming other people, the circumstances, or the past. I feel more aware of myself and get wiser. I am finally able to tell that I’m my worst enemy.

You might think that it doesn’t sound right. But the truth is, my awareness and consciousness are developing naturally and effortlessly. Like I’m getting more mature and wiser. These are not my words. Instead, these are words from my close people who noticed how I change, and they thanks me for that.

And with this realization, it became more natural for me to feel peace, calm, happiness, and gratitude to the True Source. Even when I’m doing nothing in a day, it still feels fulfill and being loved.

So through this writing I also want to say, Thank you, Guru, for your never-ending patient in teaching us this method 🙏🏼🥰, and thank you, True Source, for loving us unconditionally 💗

WLL,
